They do, however, look lovely on a shower curtain.
They aren't going to shut. They glide smoothly along the curtain pole and do not fall off.

In our 1901 Victorian, we remodeled the bathroom with copper accents. This is ideal for our needs. It's simple to remove (gently) from the packaging and put back together. I read online that they were prone to breaking, but I decided to take a chance and be cautious. They appeared to be well-made and complement our new shower perfectly.
This is not the color depicted on the product page. The color is much lighter and more brassy in appearance, rather than dark or bronze. They'll still look good, in my opinion. My bathroom fixtures, faucets, and other fittings are all oil rubbed bronze, but these are not.
I really wanted to like this item, but the color(s) on each of the hooks is different. These colors don't match the "bronze" they're supposed to be. It has a goldish tinge to it. I'm not sure why I didn't return these, but I really wish I had.
They don't have a bronze color to them. Coppery is the color of mine. The hook is bronze, but the front decorative piece is not.
They complement my new animal print curtain perfectly.
These appear to be fantastic! These curtain hooks are a great match for dark trim and/or oil-rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures.
I can't speak to the durability just yet; they appear to be quite sturdy, but only time will tell.
These appear to be exactly as shown in the photo. However, I don't think they're worth 16 dollers because they're very thin. The layout, on the other hand, is appealing.
