Both of them are made in China, or PRC (a fancy version of PRC). A statement by Rhino in their Amazon listing makes it clear that their products are made in China, yet the company not only refuses to state this but intentionally misleads customers. Although they say they are designed and engineered in the USA, they do not specify where. If you zoom in on the photo without the bold Designed and engineered in USA, then notice the purposefully faint font stating MADE IN CHINA. Then, notice in the second photo that the big bold lettering stating MADE IN USA is present. In this case, the complaints of fading and stretching are completely understandable. Rhino, just mention in your advertising that your manufacturing facilities are located in China cheap junk. A brief update There's another manufacturer called POWERTYE who explicitly states that their products are made in the United States. A set of these was ordered, so I hope they're genuine.

A real customer reviews their experience. It would be 6 stars if I had the ability to give them only based on customer service and warranty. A few months ago I had a minor tear in one of the axle straps, I was able to file a warranty claim quickly, and a new one was shipped out the next day. While the straps themselves are nothing out of the ordinary, I like the hooks that have a little latch to prevent them from unhooking. I like the extended "T" handles that the ratchets have, but my favorite part is the little Velcro straps used to secure the excess strap. It's also a plus that ratchets are family owned and operated. I recommend it ten out of ten.

I was very impressed with them. I have previously purchased cheaper ratchet straps that were weak and poorly designed these straps are by far stronger and more durable. It has large and well designed ratchets with molded tough plastic grips, which do not hurt your hands when you use them It will be difficult to damage the straps since they are thick. It makes me nervous the only thing they are made in China. I have not actually used them yet, since I did not have the need to yet. But I'm sure they will satisfy all your cargo transportation needs. To the extent possible, I like to purchase American products. The box has a light printing saying "Made in China" on it, even though these are designed in the USA. There is a way to find it, but it is hard to find. Although it wasn't a deal-breaker this time, I couldn't find a strap of comparable quality for a comparable price point, whether manufactured in the United States or not. I wish Rhino would return to manufacturing in the US. A comparison would be impossible if there were no competitors.

It is easier to tell the difference between the Rhinos and lesser quality tie downs after just a few tries. In the past, I have used it to tie my UTV down on the trailer for transport. The straps can be used in a variety of ways, making it simple to tie down. Extra reinforcement offers high-density axle straps, and J hooks with spring loaded systems add a nice touch to protection. In my experience, these straps have never moved my vehicle, and if they're placed correctly, they do not loosen during transport. A large carrying bag is also a nice touch.

It is impossible to convey the weight of these from the pictures. It is not the first time I have bought straps. I have been hauling cars for many It looks like these are the best ones available on the market right now. Longer handles make for an easier grip. Their added torque is perfect for those times when you need that extra bit of power. In addition, this product is made in the United States. The reason I bought them was their durability.

To be able to mount a couple bikes on them. That's what I call a diesel engine! This stuff is so strong that a truck could probably be hung from a bridge with it! Their size and durability make them stand out. It is possible that the only downside in this setup is how large the ratchets are, the whole setup is like an armored car. If I had to use them, I would trust them to hold my 401k down on the trailer. Thank you for your purchase. I am pleased with it.

As a result. Several online reviews stated that these Rhino straps were losing their dye and they would loosen over time. As a result of these reviews, I was reluctant to purchase. Having invested in the product, they will arrive on 12/20/19. My immediate impression was that I had been blown away by it! Featured on the handles are brake ratchets, axle strap protectors, strap keepers, and heavy-duty hooks on the connector ends as well as safety latches on the hook throat. This is my 1st order from Rhino and I love it. Best of all, they are MADE IN THE U. S. A. Yesterday, I took the test. I enjoy them a lot! There is a lifetime warranty on this product. This is the perfect solution for me!.
