On my Bike Camera Clamp, it works perfectly

One of the black plastic knobs that held my Cycliq bike camera to the handlebars was missing. It turns out that the u-turn wasn't actually a u-turn. Because the bolt that holds it to the bike is metric, it was difficult to find a replacement. To the u-bolt, I'm going to add a star washer. To ensure that these do not loosen while riding, secure them with a bolt.

Holes that are crooked

The tapped holes in the knurled knobs did not line up with the face at 90 degrees. As a result, when threaded onto a bolt, the knob wobbled badly, rendering it useless. Quality assurance is lacking.
