It's not going to get cold! I used it to replace a cap that had been on a pasture pipe for a long time

The issue is that the cap breaks when it freezes. It's not fun to fix a water pipe when it's below freezing outside. Before installing the plug, I tightened two pipe clamps as much as I could by hand (screwdriver), then installed the plug and wrenched it down pretty hard. No leaks, no freezing. I'm in a good mood right now.
