I've purchased about 6 boxes of these, and each time they came with 304 stainless steel washers and nuts for each bolt.
Powers Fastening packs them in boxes of 50 pieces each. The Amazon Road Show, on the other hand, will be repackaged to yield fewer pieces per sale. It's often impossible to tell how many computers you're getting based on the limited product information available. I received less than a box of 50 pieces as described, but I eventually received a full refund, including return shipping, after claiming false or incomplete advertising. To avoid wasting time, Google your way out. save $$.

Other bolts I've tried don't always tighten properly and spin, or the collar at the bottom comes apart easily before installation, so they're great for rock climbing in hard rock like granite. These are strong and durable. I haven't found a better deal for this quality.
Bolts of excellent quality at a reasonable cost.
I use these bolts frequently and find them to be quite nice.
Some routes will be bolted with these.
