Hello, please see the SPECIFICATIONS image, which shows specific measurements for each size.
No, I don't think so. Grommets are flimsy and aren't meant to withstand much pressure.
I'd say it's closer to an eighth of an inch.

We had to replace some trim on my son's car that had come off of a vehicle with automatic locks on the back hatch, so it didn't have a key hole. Because his car's back hatch does not have automatic locks, I had to cut a hole in the trim piece to add a place for him to insert his key to unlock it. These grommets did a fantastic job. They were also available in a variety of sizes. I was less concerned about accidentally making the hole too large after receiving this kit. If I did, there was a grommet in this kit to accommodate it. This is a kit that I would repurchase.
These were used to pass cables through a metal case. To cut the proper size hole, I used a step drill. It was relatively simple to put them together. It comes with a nice range of sizes to cover the cable ends. This grommet assortment comes highly recommended by me. It's convenient to have a variety of sizes because I required some sizes that I hadn't anticipated.
The grommets are of good quality and have a nice thickness to them. I used them to run wires through a metal pedestal on my sailboat so they wouldn't chafe at the exit hole, and they were uniform and fit perfectly on my project. It does exactly what it says on the tin and doesn't move around at all. Thank you very much.
To be honest, I never expected to use one, but I bought a set for my shop and I use them all the time. They're of good quality and suitable for a wide range of projects.
We've used these for the cable and internet wires going into our pole barn, as well as under the hood on our UTV for the extra wires. This is an excellent investment!.
It appears to be of good quality (rather than the cheap, soft rubber found on some other items). I haven't put them near any oil or gas yet, but they seem to be working well so far.
These were used to run wires from inside to outside without exposing the gap left by the hole I drilled. br>br>For me, it worked out perfectly.
These were used to shield trailer wiring that I ran through holes in the trailer frame. It appears to be of good quality.
