The construction is flimsy, but it does the job

To be honest, these are extremely flimsy and do not appear to be a good value. When I installed the grommet in one of my desk holes, it cracked. Although it still functions, I am dissatisfied with this purchase. These are of store-bought quality, but they do the job.
