Questions & Answers
Approximately 8 inches
Is it a barn door that you're putting it on? If this is the case, the space between the wall and the door will be limited. If not, any vintage Decour would be a good match. It's a good match for my antique Fossetts in the bathroom.
Next to the screw is a 25" wide space. The entire handle measures 9 inches from top to bottom.

make a grab bar After having spent $90. I found these handles after spending $00 on several thick, forged Acorn door pulls for my parents' house. My elderly parents will be able to get their hand through when moving around the house because the depth (where you would put your hand in) is deep enough. However, they aren't so large that they stand out. The more expensive ones will be moved to outside areas and replaced with these. They are substantial but not overbearing, and they will blend in with their century-old home. They're also far more attractive than a bathroom-related item. make a grab bar I intend to place a few more orders. I DO WISH THE SELLER WOULD PUT A PICTURE OF THEIR HANDLES IN THE HAND OF A PERSON, OR AT LEAST A SIDE VIEW, SO YOU CAN GET A SENSE OF DEPTH- HAND- RATIO.
Although the instructions stated that an electric driver should not be used on the screws to avoid chipping the paint, I was cautious and used a low torque setting. It's simple to put together and it looks fantastic.
However, it is not inexpensive. On my sliding barn door, this lovely and sturdy lock looks fantastic. I ordered two before realizing that one of them can't be used on the inside because it prevents the door from closing completely. So, for the inside of the sliding barn door, I'm going to order a flat pull or an insert pull. br>Aside from that, this is an excellent piece- Despite the fact that it is a little on the expensive side.
This one appealed to me because it is reasonably priced for an iron handle. Also, I have a 96" high barn door that required a large door handle, and this is one of those handles. It arrived exactly as pictured, is sturdy, and has a good weight to it. It also includes two black-painted mounting screws. The screws are of good quality, and they keep the handle firmly attached to the door.
My barn door had a cheap-looking stamped metal pull handle that was difficult to grasp in the winter when I was wearing thick gloves. This handle is much more appealing, and it's simple to grasp even when wearing heavy gloves. br>It also includes heavy-duty black screws that match. The look of a rustic blacksmith appeals to me. My barn door looks fantastic with it. br>It makes me happy.
The handle is of excellent quality. I used it to make a barn door, so it was a little smaller than I expected, but it worked. The next time I order, I'll go with a larger size.
It's nice and sturdy, if a little overpriced, but it's still a good buy.
