Using them for dogs and washing them regularly is something I do. I haven't noticed a difference in their thickness after three years, although they do leave a lot of lint in the dryer. In general, I have found that if I line dry them and then put them in the dryer, the dryer takes off the pet hair, but not The recent conversation about them adding a blue dye makes me cautious about buying from them in the future. After the first wash, they no longer smelled of gasoline although they did when I first received them.
At home, I use a room with way too much reverb for recording. Soundproofing is definitely not one of their strengths (they don't even block out high frequencies), but when used in a small space they can be effective at deadening sound. With some 2x4s and cheap moving blankets, I made a simple recording booth to put my condenser microphone in. Within the recording booth is a roughly 2x3x7 foot frame. I found it to be very effective at deadening noise. In the booth, I didn't even have to hang any acoustic panels.
There are no scratchy bits on them. Yes, they are very soft to the touch. As far as texture goes, it's kind of like thick felt.
My car smelt like nothing at all

I can't understand why you can't. This blanket did a great job of protecting our furniture, and we did not have any trouble with a "chemical smell" or anything else like some of the other reviewers have complained of. We arrived at our destination after crossing the Atlantic We did not have any damage to our stuff during the move. For a pack of the more expensive blankets, we didn't have to pay $120. We put these in storage, and I have no idea how they'll hold up between now and the next shipment. If they're fine, they'll probably be fine, During the move, some of them began to separate a little. As far as moving blankets are concerned, I'd definitely buy them again as a much cheaper alternative to the other more professional-looking options. As moving blankets, these are unlikely to be used as "people" blankets, but that would probably apply to any.
As a plus It was great to have our furniture protected by them. The negatives are There seems to be some damage to all our white furniture (white bed, white dresser, light brown kitchen table) due to the blue/grey tint of the blankets.
I was so impressed that my movers were as well. I done wrap everything first, using this nifty plastic, to increase safety of more fragile or lighter-colored items, in light of Freytag's review packs of Mighty Gadget (R) Industrial Mini Stretch Wrap Film and I had a lot left over for my NYC 1 bedroom apartment (1 two-furnished I would have been perfectly satisfied with a pack). For those who are still on the fence, check out the review on the how-tos here Wash them before use. I should have done this if I had procrastinated until the very last minute and not been a terrible human being.
Because I had an emergency move, and the moving blankets of commercial quality were all sold out, I bought these. Are these better than the commercial ones? Can you use them instead? However, you have to take some precautions. The first thing to note is that these will definitely wear out over time. The shoes have only been used once, but they are already showing signs of At some point they will lose their effectiveness, but perhaps they'll be useful for several moves. A second issue is that they look like they will crumble Do not let them become My preference would have been to pay twice as much to get a higher quality commercial blanket. Could it be? The number of moves I have left I can do by myself is unknown to me. The chances are high that these will last me a long time. It's better to get the real deal and not play around with these if you move every year.
We found these blankets to be useful while My local moves have always been covered with quilted moving blankets. Having to move cross country made it impossible for me to We found these to be cheaper than purchasing them from U-M I could not be happier with the haul and the way it worked with the company.
An indoor tanning bed is wrapped. We used them to relocate from Charlotte to Kissimmee over 700 miles away. As soon as the package arrived I was a little concerned because it was made of plastic and already torn. Although the blankets were fine, they were a bit heavy. This was wrapped around a tanning bed, an armoire, a washer and dryer, and a dresser. There were no stains or scratches on the furniture. I didn't deal with dust and dirt so much. They held up very well when I put the tanning bed on them and kind of dragged them on the back of the moving truck. The fabric washes extremely well and shows no signs of shrinking or The moving company I recommend to all my family and friends when they are moving or.
When we decided to relocate our entire household across states, we looked for moving blankets that would be durable and reasonably priced. We decided to take a chance and purchase a few Textile Moving Blankets after reading favorable reviews. Our blankets were thick and of good quality, and we were not disappointed. In addition to these blankets we purchased quilted blankets, but for the price, we believe these are the better value and would only purchase these in the future. The pros are Please note
-A thick and durable material - A much more reasonable price than quilted blankets**** CONS Please note
It is None.
It was a real disappointment. These are great cage liners. I bought these a while back and have used them for years. I had ordered a box last time, but it was different from this one. There are so many changes that they feel as if they'll fall apart soon. They are much thinner and are not even the same color as before. Like in the picture, they were blue and grey, but now they are purple and grey. I'm very disappointed to see the quality of products drop so drastically after an increase in price by $10. The price of these shoes has increased since I bought them a few months ago when they were $32. This translates to a worse quality for a higher price. Rather than buying from another manufacturer, I'll purchase moving pads from another company.
