Welcome to Amerock and thank you for your interest. In this case, because the 12 in is an appliance pull and the 12" is an entry knob, we cannot accept your order. Five eighths of an inch. The standard size pull can be found on any drawer. Appliance pulls are some of the most substantial hardware on the market.

Would the 20pack be included in this price? Observe that one cabinet pull appears to be all that was received. The listing indicates it is a 20 pack, but it's not really a 20 pack. ?

The way my wife bought these pulls is not clear to me. Then she changed her mind and decided to stop going. 7 of the pulls are still unused in my bag. I have 13 other computers on eBay that were used for a short time. If you are interested, feel free to contact me.

The price is also good! For new cream cabinets in our kitchen, we purchased these. We thought Oil Rubbed Bronze looked really nice in the store, but the price was too high since we had to buy so many. I am glad we found these online at a reasonable price.

NOTE Be careful not to overtorque the screws. A piece of the handle broke off inside the handle and I had to repair it by drilling it out Tapping the threads will do it. The experiment was successful, but I followed up by being more careful.
