This package was faulty. I ordered the product and received the package that was faulty. I had a few of them break apart in my hand, but Amazon sent me replacements that were terrific. Because I am so fond of them, I have placed them in every cabinet in my apartment to complete the look. The ones I bought to store my shoes and shirts even go on the cabinets that I purchased. am in love with It is well worth the cost to make such an impact on the world.
It is a waste of money and time. In the event of a mistake in putting the screw into the handle, it was impossible to pull it out without ripping off the entire ring. The design flaw occurred several times while I was trying to install them, so it wasn't isolated to one installation. Eventually, I had no choice but to return them. The hardware store I go to has something higher quality. The price was more than three times as much, but I put them in myself with no trouble. This is why it was not a user error, but a product.
It would have been more efficient to pay someone to assemble this garbage before you put your greedy hands out to be paid? wanted something modern but with a little bit of rustic, and these are just what I needed. This is a matte black color (which I wanted) with only a slight weight to the pulls. There are 6 different drawer widths in my house, so I had to buy 3 different sizes. Two screw lengths were provided so the screws could be used in two different situations. To give us those different screws was a very thoughtful gesture on the part of the company. While looking for other similar looking drawer pulls, I found the prices were just too high, so I bought these for a third of what I would have paid from Buying again is a good idea.
I think these are wonderful and look great. I am in the process of installing them. Having said that, there are pictures in the first review showing that the handle is coming apart. THIS IS GREAT! My thumb stuck in an old screw that does not have the same thread, so I backed it out when I realized it wouldn't go in, but something came out of the handle. Then, I used a pair of pliers to take it off and looked at it, and sure enough, there's an allen head that I can fasten back on. In the absence of that I would have likely ended up ruining the threads or worse, somehow damaging the finish on the handles. I screwed that part back in with an allen wrench, and it all seems to be working again. There seems to be no end to these. This review is very unfair with the photos. You should check these out.
