I just wanted to inform you that Neutral wire must be installed. The reason Lutron Caseta does not come with a neutral wire is that it does not have it. appears untrue to most people. The non- Yes, the dimmer version requires neutral as well.

Make sure you don't buy this wager. It is crucial that we do everything we can to improve our lives. It would be more beneficial to buy the Caseta Dimmer Smart switch with Pico remote, rather than a standard model. When buying Lutron stuff for my house, I just bought too many items. This particular switch seems to be manufactured in the past. Compared to other dimmer switches, the Smart switch is a simple upgrade and features dimming functionality too. As well, I'd expect prices to be cheaper. I want to emphasize that I think this Lutron stuff fails to live up to its own promises due to reviews and online research. The Smart Dimmer and remote can be purchased both for $180, so you both need to position the switches at the same location. The remote can then be fitted through a plastic bracket that clips into a wall bracket. It's simple, just remove the wires from the enclosure where you mount the remote and you're done. Three wires connect directly to the Smart Dimmer switch that looks like it. You will connect the wires with black wires if you look at the caseta video and see the instructions. process goes from start to finish in 10 minutes. As of this point, I perform them 5 times since I've done them once or twice. DON'T USE THIS SWITCH. BUY THE SMART DIMMER ONLY. In addition to 5 wires coming from it, this switch is also made of plastic.

A simple installation is required. It was spectacular until the light always went out at night. I'd tried troubleshooting. It has come to my attention that my fixture and bulbs won't work with it.

The prime day price on Amazon is what I ordered for these pieces, and I also ordered a Pico remote mounting bracket for this item (PICO-), and the two pieces I received went very well. WBX- There was no inclusion of ADAPT (which appears on the box on which it was packaged as a part of the kit). As a result, I received the original installation back and requested a replacement. The mount was not there. Our replacement package has not arrived anywhere and it is extremely out of date. WBX- A mounting adapter will be included (the box indicates what this should t mounting bracket (again the box shows it is supposed to be included). Then comes the part (PICO). WBX- A five-dollar cost is not affordable (ADAP). Since it is $99. 65 on top of another component from Amazon, I am not going broke, but am disappointed I can't seem to ship it all out. Amazon or Lutron are at fault, no one should be blamed for it. After I spoke to the manufacturer (Lutron) regarding my shipment, they said that Amazon is responsible for incomplete shipments and suggested I cover the packaging for the Kit that was not completely sealed in my previous two shipments. Amazon might have discarded each kit box thoroughly, or Lutron might have stopped including the component, or they might even not be updating their packaging. Nevertheless, I'll stop fighting it for $6. Just be aware and know where you stand. You can expect no help mounting the Pico Remote if this kit is ordered.

In the last year of my ownership, since I am getting older and not as capable, I decided to make it a goal to install the latest home entertainment systems and lighting control systems. It's not hard to say I've already been using Alexa in depth -. Ensure all sockets and bulbs have safety standards; for ed plugs and bulbs; I decided I would go to something hub- I had a choice between four locations. As a result of which I gained a bit of control versatility and also an itch for something new. This is the second Hubitat hub I have gotten and the second Z hub I have gotten as well. The switches and dimmers that are based on wave technology are also fan controllers. It worked well at first, but a faulty brand of product resulted in all the products stopping working and beginning all over again. Lutron is the first entry. Having worked on Lutron in the past, I really wasn't keen on the fact that I'd have to deal with another hub and integration step. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try anyhow. I am delighted and happy for myself ve pleased! It is not essential for those without home automation plans to have a hub. There are no hidden instructions anywhere in the box. By setting up extra switches as in, a ve extra switches as in, say, a three- or other way system it makes falling off a log seem quite complicated. On installing Lutron, there were a few problems, such as a problem with a home electrical network. None of the tech support people showed less courtesy than the other support people, and their knowledge of the products was outstanding. I was reminded of an impatient tech. Although he interrupts constantly with this voice, I could also CANNOT see him waving his arms in the air at the end of the phone. LOL. main point is he is also highly knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue in a short amount of time. The product Lutron is cheaper, however I would only recommend it if I had to do all of this again.

Customer support was excellent. It even replaced switching in Pds (PD- switches). In spite of it working 6ANS6) it was still rejected. With Lutrom troubleshooting, he had to put 3 LUT out. Which two varieties of MLCs and 2 types of PD- tionals and 2 PD- The 6ANS switches are free and available at no extra charge to me. So, despite the fact that these do not seem to work for me, don't be afraid to experiment. In two locations on opposite sides of the globe, I find that they do not always meet my needs. My house and garage lights have these. Using any light fixture regardless of which bulbs I use. Even bulbs used in my white or copper containers have power coming off of them. lights are off and won't come on again until I either uninstall the off switch by pressing and pulling (and pulling out), or put back the front access switch (FASS). With no exceptions, garage lights do not work because one light goes from one outlet to another or no matter what bulb I use. One light makes my garage a little emptier than the rest. two dimmer switches located under the basement (can lights) but they are both in an electrical outlet. Describe the method and way in which it is executed. Having one PD is also important to me. In order for this to be worth it, it would be ideal if all locations worked without issue. However, I won't need the dimmer switches in both of these places yet so might want to test them.
