Twenty-four strips, according to my memory. I think they come 4 spacers to a strip, as can be seen in the image. I would have had a lot more strips than 6 if that were the case. My whole house was covered as this single pack fixed every switch, outlet, etc. I needed to get.
Those are their unfolded forms. A little less than 3/16" thick when folded when it's only 090 thick
It certainly isn't possible to fix just the male prongs on the plug if the female prongs are loose within the receptacle (female outlet). It is an easy $1 to replace the 120V, 15amp outlet if the retention is no longer present inside the outlet. This is a great deal - $50 When the prongs of a plug stick out while it is in use, there is a major fire/electrocution danger and should be avoided! I wish you a good luck and a safe journey.
Thank you for your inquiry. I am glad to help. It is true that spacers are designed to make receptacles and switches flush with the wall surface to make wall plates fit properly.

They really do the job! I don't usually leave reviews, but these little guys are great! There were a couple boxes in my basement that were too shallow after finishing the basement. As a result, they flushed up, and the job was done! I want to add a couple of points, which is firstly, note that the pack of 24 is actually 24 strips with 8 spacers (192 My second bit of advice is that normal outlets only allow you to screw 3 spacers deep. If you need to screw deeper you will have to use.
I love these spacers because they are so handy. If you want to use nuts or washer, you can, but these are much easier to use, and you get more than enough for the price to complete It is inevitable that as a general contractor or as a DIYer you will encounter beams that are not straight or even or recepticals that are not sized correctly. You can save the day by pulling out some of these superman spacers. As well as many spacers, you should also have a few longer screws because if you use too many spacers, Other problems could be that Sheetrock was layered on top of Sheetrock or the box was not mounted correctly, etc. For less than $8, this is not uncommon. is worth the time you will save in coming back over to remount the box or possibly planing down some of the studs. Or worse - if you have already painted the room and still want it to look like a professional. Thanks for reading! Please select this button if it was helpful. It offers a good value at a reasonable.
Another problem I had was installing new handles on some of my dressers, because the screw barely fit! Basically, I MacGuyvered it a bit by using these spacers to make it snug and tight fitting for the handle so I can use this HASSLE dresser that has been a pain to make!.
It's your call. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the results. The idea is really cool. By folding them back and forth you will get the right thickness. Slide them onto the length of the screw and secure. There was a problem with the thickness of the stuff that I could never get right and it kept coming There is another option on Amazon that is a tube you can cut to fit your needs. A set of longer screws is included. It was a lot easier for me with those. This is a neat idea, in my opinion. I might have been less likely to find these useful because of my situation. In some cases, they may be adequate if only a small gap needs to be filled.
I have just built a home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an attached garage 30x60. It was essential that every container have at least one spacer on top and at least one spacer on the This is a great way to work. It's not that hard to install. It has a bit of a soft feel to it. The socket gets squeezed a little bit after you tighten it onto the spacers, and you end up with a very firm end result. A standard length receptacle screw can only handle 3, but I will say that 3 is the maximum size. However, you will need to purchase longer screws so that the plastic on the gang box does not get damaged. You can put more screws in in case you need to, but it will still be very firm and secure. an easy fix for my situation and a great value for the price.
A few days ago, I saw this item on Amazon and ordered it. My screws were well packaged and the shipping went well, so I opened the box and wanted to fix them as soon as possible. The outlets in our kitchen needed to be raised so that they were even with the backsplash that my wife and I had installed just recently. My favorite part about these spacers is that they can be folded in half and snapped together neatly. Using a little patience and some time, I folded up or slid a couple of these spacers onto the screws, tightened them in place and then put the outlet covers on. All was well then! In my opinion, these little spacers are so worth the money, and they are reasonably priced, and they have definitely done the job, so I won't hesitate to purchase more if the need arises.
Helps you to fix electrical boxes that are too far in the wall and to ensure that the outlets and switches do not move around while in use.
These 35 outlets would have been helpful to me if I knew about them sooner. A flood and an electrician who was greedy and hasty resulted in recessed outlets 1/4" to 1/2" below new drywall after a flood. To extend outlets, I used the only outlet extension boxes available to me I hate those clamps, the kind you slide all the way over the socket, push them back in and end up losing chunks of fingernails and knuckles. In my haste to save the 4-footer I deleted it It hit me that I was up a creek if I saved the last boxes for last. While I am glad to have found these, I am also guilty of not knowing about them weeks earlier.
