These can be found at Menards, Lowe's, Home Depot and at your local hardware store for a couple of bucks. It is unclear why the prices here are over triple as high as they are in some other countries.
The bracket is flipped backwards against the wall, and there are holes that can be used as templates. The holes need to be marked, the lines need to be connected and the drywall must be cut. They worked fine for me as a single mount rather than a two gang mount. Ethernet and coaxial cable were connected using these devices. With my modem and main router in my office, I wired in two ethernet cables and a main coax line into one bracket and a single bracket for the other lines.
This prong extends backward and keeps it quite firmly in place. I have 9 of these and they are very snug. RCA plugs are all heavy duty and have 2 channel inputs as well. There is a tight fit between the face plate and the orange plate

The fine print on the box says either the Black or Orange one could be sent to you. Having looked at the photos, it appears the orange ones are better made than the green ones. I expected this, and it is what I got. This photo is orange, and its color is Details are orange, and orange is everywhere. The only exception is that one line.

This didn't fit a 10-port cat6 dual plate with keystones, so I tried it with a 6-port cat6 dual plate. After making the hole, I thought that it needed to be wider, but after fitting the plate while the bracket was removed, I realized that it wasn't the hole that needed to be wider.
