There is no screw included, only machine screws
There is no physical issue here. I have four HDMI cables running through my setup, along with an optical cable. It may be against the code to run power cables behind a wall in the US, so be sure you check your local electrical code.

It looks like the picture and is exactly as described. For what it is, it is extremely expensive. Despite the fact that it can be used with the Lutron Decora Wallplate, it is not possible to make it flush with the wallplate, so it does not look good. It wasn't too much of an issue since the area was behind TV. Although I have not tried it myself, I think the Leviton Decora Wallplate may work better, but matching your wallplates may not be possible if you want them to be the same.
I always appreciate "a job well done" even though the cable outlet box is mounted behind the TV on the wall. A cover like this is added to the outlet box to create a clean, professional appearance. As my wall mount is not a fixed mount, when I swing the TV away, I can still see the outlet box for the cables. The long winding road continues A long-term benefit that you can enjoy is how the wall looks on the outside of your house if you ever decide to sell it. You should definitely use this cable entry cover if you have this small amount of money to spend. The product is great.
In running speaker wire, it is advisable to reduce the number of junctions between the receiver and the speaker as much as possible. As a result, this was perfect. My speaker is directly connected to my receiver by a single wire. I thought it still looked clean, even if a few wires ran through it.
It is an easily-installed product.
The price is very reasonable and the product is great.
Low voltage cable runs through the wall are made easy thanks to this cable guide.
I like how it works. have it wired with thick HDMI cable and heavy gauge speaker wire and it works just fine.
A perfect match to what was advertised - A brush is used for this Cables are able to pass through a hole in a wall through a covered portal.
