What is the CFM rating for this at 70? or 50?

I just wanted to look at the label, so I took the cover off. 120V 60Hz 2, Model 769RL "B" Unit 70 CFM at 0 amps and 0 amps 0 Sones - China is the source of this product. I hope this has been of assistance.

Yes, it will work.

I don't know what model it is, but it's a light fan combo with a metal box that's just over 9 inches square. What dimensions do you have?

It's from a 9x9-inch box, yes.

Is this the same motor that came with the 769rl? I'm trying to find something to replace it with, and this is the only result. Please accept my sincere gratitude?

NuTone 769RL is a direct replacement
5/5

Easy to set up! On my 769RL, the blower was broken. The motor seized up shortly after I replaced the blower, indicating that I would have saved time and money if I had purchased the entire B-series. first and foremost. It was a good lesson. Although the 769RL is not mentioned in the product description, it is a direct replacement. In fact, "769RL" is printed on the unit's sticker. It only took 5 minutes to replace it, and it now works perfectly. br>br>Don't be afraid of this job if you're not as handy as I am ("handy" meaning someone who isn't afraid to jump in and mess up just about any household project before calling in a pro). For starters, there isn't any wiring to be done. Here's what you'll need if you've got a 769RL or something similar: 2 Phillips screwdrivers, a flat blade screwdriver (size doesn't matter, ask my wife), a 7/16" socket (deeper is better, but not required), and something to drive it with. Using a flat blade, carefully pry off the bulb cover; Place it in a secure area upside down. When the bulb has reached room temperature, remove it. Remove the nut that secures the bulb holder assembly with a 7/16" socket; Allow ass'y to settle for a few moments before unplugging it. The outer frame is held in place against the ceiling by the bulb holder assembly. Both will be unrestricted at this point. So you don't lose the nut, put it in the upside-down lens. Unplug B- Remove the securing screw with two Phillips screws. The B- The unit swings down and is then free (tabs on the side opposite the outlets where the plugs were). The screw should be inserted into the lens. It's possible that it's filthy up there, so vacuum, wipe, or attack with an old toothbrush right now. The term "installation" refers to the opposite of "removal. " I recommend that you test the fan before reinstalling the bulb holder assembly (mine is on a separate switch) and that you test the bulb before reinstalling the lens. All of these steps and components are self-contained. When you look at it, it becomes clear.

Simple to set up

When the motor in my fan stopped working, I was concerned that I would have to replace the entire fan. However, after doing some online research for alternatives, I discovered that this could be avoided. It was extremely simple to put together. 1. br>br> Remove the light bulb and the cover from the light.
2. Unplug the light and the fanbr>3. To access the fan motor, remove the nut.
4. To take out the old motor, unscrew the screw.
5. Replace the motor with a new one and reassemble the vehicle. br>br>br>br>br>br>br 7. Replace the nut on the bolt and reinstall the fan cover. br>8. Reconnect everything. Install the cover and bulbbr>br>After expecting it to take a few hours and a lot of whining, I was done in minutes and had no problems; the fan worked perfectly and just in time for company (this was in a spare / company bathroom).

High- Although this is a high-quality OEM replacement part, minor modifications may be necessary
4/5

I admired the seller's meticulous attention to detail in determining which enclosures this would be suitable for. This was unquestionably a well-executed plan. However, when installing the replacement part into the ceiling enclosure, I had a hard time getting the end marked with a yellow circle over a bump or imperfection in the ceiling enclosure. br>br>Having said that, when installing the replacement part into the ceiling enclosure, I had a hard time getting the end marked with a yellow circle over a bump or imperfection in the ceiling enclosure. (Please note that the picture depicts the non-working component that I had removed; that was already equipped with the necessary notches )br>br>The solution was to remove 1/2" of the metal lip on the label end of the new part in order for it to match the nonworking part I had removed. This sellers part has the metal lip all the way around the edge, at most ending in the type of bevil indicated by the yellow arrow. br>br>Above is a picture of the removed part; this sellers part has the metal lip all the way around the edge, at most ending in the type of bevil indicated by the yellow arrow. The answer was to duplicate the theme notch, which was cut at the label end of the new replacement part.

This fan is approximately 20% quieter than the original fan
5/5

80%. Wind and the hum of the air conditioner are the most prominent sounds. Revision B, 2017:

This fan is approximately 80% quieter than the original fan. Wind and AC hum are the most prominent noises (for more information, see my notes below). br>br>Instructions for instillation: br>I found it easier to bend the tabbed side towards the fan and the tabbed side away from the fan (in opposite directions). In addition, the fan shroud should be positioned in the ceiling's center (the circular part). It was a pain to install because you're trying to fit a square box into another square box that's nearly the same size. br>br>Notes: Using an audio spectrum analyzer (an Android app called "FrequencySee"), set to 20 kHz, There were three distinct noises heard at 20,000 Hz:br>- The main noise continent is at 120 Hz with a 58db level (AC hum, 60 Hz harmonic)br>- Wind noise is the next loudest sound, at around 55dbbr>- Then there's a tone-like noise at 1200 Hz at 50dbbr>(bigger number = louder sound)br>(I was about 3 feet away from the fan)br>(My fan sheet metal was painted black).
