Yes. The plug is already in place. It's just a matter of twisting a few wires together.
When you turn it on and off, it seems to change direction on its own.
It should have come with a set of machine screws, but I'm not sure what size they are.

As it is connected to a motion sensor, it hasn't been used for long, so only time will tell. br> Please keep in mind that this is a work in progress. When they come across an obstruction or become too heavy, they automatically reverse direction.
I purchased these after watching YouTube videos on how to make cup turners and learning that they could be made for under $25 each. This kit came with everything I needed to connect the PVC supplies, as well as a cord with an on/off switch, which was ideal because I didn't want to unplug them to turn them off. So far, everything seems to be going swimmingly. I've had to leave them on overnight on a few of my recent projects because the cold is slowing the epoxy drying time, and my motors haven't let me down.
I bought these to make my own cup turner, and I have to turn them off every other hour because I'm afraid they'll catch fire. They're cheap and poorly made. They do the job, but I wish I had spent a little more money on better motors. I wish I didn't have to worry about burning down my house if I kept these on.
I admit that I should have done more research on these topics. I had no idea how or why these things alternated between clockwise and counterclockwise for no apparent reason. I'm not sure how that's even possible. I wanted to use these in an animated old time RADAR SCREEN that goes CLOCK WISE as it sweeps, as we all know. SO I GOT THESE AND MOVED ON TO PLAN "B," where it didn't matter which way they rotated, BUT STILL GRRRRRRRR. As a result, I continued to look into them. Many people expressed their displeasure with the heat. THEY ARE EXTREMELY HEATABLE! So when they arrived, I plugged one in on my work bench for a few hours. It got WARM, but not HOT, and there was no load on it. I found ONE type of these motors that goes strictly clockwise and am waiting for it to arrive, but the reviews on it have even more heat complaints. br>br>If I used these for/in my project, they would have to be cooled with a fan of some sort, adding to the complexity, noise, and electrical load of my project. br>br>I found ONE type of these motors that goes strictly clockwise and am waiting for it to arrive, but the reviews on it have even KILL ME! BE WARNED! br>br> If you're going to keep them in an enclosed unit/box/whatever for an extended period of time, make sure they're kept cool.
The motors are easy to install and work well. It's worth noting that they can get quite hot. It's also worth noting that they'll go in either direction and, for some reason, will occasionally reverse direction. br>The supplied shaft coupler appears to be a little short, with the motor shaft taking up the majority of the length and only a few threads for attaching the load. The attached device in a cup turner has a tendency to vibrate and work itself loose, disconnecting from the motor. To keep it from falling apart, locktight or another method must be used.
One of the motors in my first order didn't work when it arrived. To ensure that I received a functional item, the seller sent me two replacements. Thank you very much! Excellent service and product.
For my wife's craft room, I made three more cup turners. All I needed was the lumber, which was not included. With one eight-foot 2x4, I can make three cup turners.
They get hot fast, as everyone else has said, and it's kind of scary hot. I'm not sure if they'll catch fire. They can also turn in the opposite direction, but I prefer having that ability. Overall, they function properly and have not caused any problems. I guess I'll let you know if they go up in flames. Lol.
