Main breakers, in my experience, are typically 100 or 200 amps, depending on the size of the panel and the number of branch circuits required. My home's panel, for example, has a 200-amp rating. My shoo panel has a maximum capacity of 100 amps. A welder branch circuit requires a 60 amp breaker, which I purchased. Two spot welders, an arc welder, and a mig welder. I hope this has been of assistance.
2 works. My electrician installed a 2 gauge wire on this exact 60 amp breaker, which works perfectly.
No, I don't believe that is true. You should be able to tell which breakers are compatible by looking at the label on the panel. The QO breaker, I believe, is required.
If the panel is a Homeline plug on neutral, the answer is yes. On neutral, it will not work in a QO style plug.

It is a 60-amp circuit. It disrupts the flow of information. It was exactly what I needed (at a time when the local hardware stores were completely out of stock). It's more expensive than what you'd find in a hardware store - However, it was readily available, and I am fond of it.
The seller was very quick to respond and ship this out, and the product works perfectly!.
In a square d hom style box, upgrading a circuit is very simple. br>br>First, TURN OFF THE POWER. Then, without using any tools, simply unscrew the wires and pull out the old circuit breaker. br>br>BEFORE UPRATING, PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE CIRCUIT WIRING IS COMPLETE!.
This was purchased to use with a Tesla charger that runs on 220 volts. It was simple to put together (even though I'm not an electrician) and it works perfectly.
Yes, I received the circuit breaker; it is a perfect match; however, I have yet to install it. I already replaced the 30 AMP one for the other half of the system, so I'm confident it'll go in without a hitch.
This is the ideal breaker for powering a sub-panel from my main panel. I added a new panel. What else can I say except that it arrived quickly and performed as expected.
The circuit breaker would not stay in the "ON" position. The switches were defective, and I was never given the opportunity to test them.
It's worth noting that circuit breakers can be connected in a variety of ways. In my Square D box, this type was not compatible.
