Is this breaker's wire connection capable of handling 4/0 wire?

Yes. I just installed a 400 amp service with two of these breakers, and they're both wired with 4/0 with no problems, and there's plenty of room for the wire.

In a Sw4040l1200, can this be used as a main breaker?

It's a 200-amp circuit breaker that's primarily used for main breakers.

Is the warranty valid for a specific period of time? In December, I bought two of these. One of them is tripping out after about 15 minutes on February 28th, 2019. It's getting hot in here. ?

Aside from initial installation, I've never seen a breaker come with a warranty. That happened to me once, so I returned it. I'm guessing it's tripped due to an electrical problem.

One side of my first breaker is longer than the other. This one is on the same level as the other. Is it going to be successful? Is it true that my old one is a crouse hinds model?

The QN2200R will not work with a Crouse Hinds panel that has already been installed. It should be possible to use a Murray MPD2200R breaker, which would have to be obtained from a third-party supplier. It would also have to be wired in from the side, which could pose a problem if the existing breaker is replaced with offset lugs wired from the top. To do so, I'd have to figure out if the service wire has enough slack. You can ask for the MPD2200R to be installed in the existing CH panel if the UL subletter requires it. Why do you have to buy a second one separately when you buy a 400 amp panel that takes two of these? But, at the very least, they were both as Siemen's should be! Yes, some people put in a 400-box and only want 200 to begin with, with the option to upgrade later.
