My backyard is equipped with a 3-wire circuit (Red, Black, White, with the hot wire sharing the white neutral), and I plan to use two outlet GFCIs to protect it. The subfeeding of additional outlets is also done with 3 wire. Secondly, I thought about it and all the wires were already in place, so it would not work either. A GFCI outlet type cannot share the neutral with an outlet fed from a sub-feed. As a result, the GFCI outlets will trip due to the imbalance in the neutral caused by the regular sub outlets. In the end, I installed this breaker instead, and only used regular outlets throughout the house. The electrical mistake was rectified by this breaker, however at an additional cost since it is way more expensive than a couple of.
The 110/230 conversion was used when our original filter failed, so we converted our 110 / 220 into a swimming pool filter. I was able to accomplish what I wanted to with this, & I was easily able to place my non-English speaking friend My husband is an electrician with no formal training (though he knows how to install outlets, lights, etc. ). We just needed something like this. While I hope we do not need to buy this again, we would buy it again if we needed.
The product is a great protector, but the price is too high My pool filter needed it and I felt the price was way out of line. The price makes this a four-star rating.
A friend of mine used this breaker to shut down their The situation hasn't changed since then, so Five Stars! We haven't had a single electrocution and fires have all been put out.
I'm really happy with the price and the quality of the work. It is a product I would recommend.
I have had two of these 15 amp GFICs in my service fail. Square-D QOs are supposed to be the best, but I have had them fail twice. In the last instance, SN # 18424 cost me a lot to be failing so soon.
Taking everything in stride.
The program performs as expected.
