It seems there was an error in the printing. The breaker appears to be a double pole, yes it is a 230 volt It would not have been the case otherwise the throws would not have had a connector bar around
There is a GFCB230 that you may need
Circuit breakers with the Murray brand are being phased out and replaced by equivalent products with the Siemens brand. For Murray Meter Combo Load Centers, EQ Small Circuit Load Centers, and Rock Solid Load Centers manufactured after January 2002, Siemens brand circuit breakers may be used. The Siemens brand circuit breakers can be used with Murray products after that date if they are UL listed. On this page you will find a cross reference table that shows the Siemens and Murray product types equivalents. The type of breaker that is approved for the panel must be marked on the wiring diagram affixed to the inside of the loadcenter door. For Murray products manufactured prior to January 2002, please refer to the wiring diagram attached to the inside of the loadcenter door. In the case of The GT/MP are You can use QPF/QPHF, QPF2/QPHF2/HQPF2, or QPF2/QPHF3/HQPF3 in HGT

This was to replace a crappy stock breaker that had finally failed after a year in an Eaton spa panel. Since then, it has fit snugly and I have not had a problem with it.
A simple and easy to use installation process Installed a GE set to replace the existing one.
A solid purchase that would not faze me in the future.
We are very happy with the outcome.
I had a hot tube electrical problem with my Hot Soring warm air system, so this is the perfect replacement. It is a requirement that the GFI is coded.
I could not have asked for a better solution.
It's what it should be.
