This is not a difference at all, however replacing these fuses with circuit breakers makes more sense. As a result of the connectors getting worn, dirty, old, or warped, one or both of the fuses would pop periodically. I have not experienced any further issues since I replaced the fuses.
In the package you will find two fuses. My best deal led me to order two packages (4 fuses) so I could keep a spare set on hand.

I am using them in my solar panels, which use two fuses. I am using them with my time delayed 250v 60 amp breakers. Our installation company and fuse box had blown fuses and I wanted these spares on hand in case that happened. We would have to wait several days for them to be replaced. This is a set of fuses I pulled from somewhere and replaced myself using a puller. Both the user and the company benefit from solar panels. One month after installation, these 2 fuses still seem to be working.
I was told that a 50 AMP heavy duty fuse of the proper size was appropriate by the AC guy.
When I start up my compressor, I use these slow-moving fuses to make sure that my breakers are not tripped by the motor. I think they do a pretty good job. It is often hard to find replacements when one blows at my local hardware store, so I bought spares to keep around.
To find out which blew out, I need to use an ohmmeter. These are cheaper than the ones with little windows, but they do not have the little window. The wind blows quite often when we experience storms because I live on a mountain. In any case, it's better to blow the fuse than to replace the.
Fuse - Once you connect it and see if it works correctly you will know whether they are 5 stars. Lol
If they don't work, then you have a 1 star fuse on your hands.
I called AC service and the tech told me my old fuses were getting bad. We shook them and heard something akin to sand rattle around inside. He charged me $55 to replace them. Five minutes were required to replace these, and they cost $14 per pair. As of today, the price is great, even though I don't know if they will last a decade or so.
The ones I found didn't exist in my local stores - The three items on my list were checked. They work well and I am happy about that.
