This is my second purchase of this product, following up on a positive experience in my previous home. It's absurdly expensive given how simple it is -- just two pieces of punched metal and a few screws -- but it's still way cheaper than a traditional transfer switch and the labor associated with installing As the cover of the panel must be removed for the safety warning to be effective, a large warning label could be used beneath the cover. Use according to the instructions and it will be safe and effective.

The price for all of these interlock devices is absurd. To be honest, let's face it. All this is is a stamped piece of Despite the fact that they are only a couple of bucks to produce, these are sold at more than 60 dollars (some are even more than 100 dollars). I take the certificate thing for granted, but it seems obvious that they are taking advantage of the fact that it has a "certified" sticker on it to steal your cash. Despite the fact that it works nicely, and I bought it to have a legal installation, I feel ripped off by this company.

There is no chance of forcing the generator breaker on by mistake with this interlock. It is of high quality and a good buy. It has been my experience that other apps have been better than this one over the years.
