Plastic is used in place of tile for this photograph. The metal is real, but the tile is just a representation. There's so much to do for this to work. Additionally, the exact knife does not cut through this easily around outlets, so this "simple" installation turned into a nightmare. I doubt I will hang this up for very long, as it does not look very nice. In conclusion, I recommend passing on this unless you do not have any plugs and will use this because it is what you are using now.
