Questions & Answers

Are you required to seal the tile to keep stains from potential grease splatters from staining it?

Using the tile design for the backsplash, stains can easily be removed with a little wiping!

Does grouting have to be done?

The grout does not have to be cleaned. There is no need to remove the film when you stick the tile on the wall. Just peel it off and you are done.

Should I order how many if I would like to cover my shower walls with them?

When it is wet, I do not believe it will work. There are some surfaces on which it does not stick well. I used primer and it started to fall off my wall.

What is the fire resistance of this material? If I were to put it on the back and side walls of my gas range, where would I put it?

My knowledge of this is limited. This is a very thin piece of wood, I know. Despite my lack of satisfaction with this product, I would not use it around my gas stove or anywhere else for that matter.

A stunning result can be achieved using sand grout and planning! It is imperative to plan ahead if you intend to use this adhesive
5/5

Consider that there are two areas where the adhesive is In the larger area, there is a white tape covering the teeth and a red plastic covering the larger tiles. box cutter and metal straight edge, retracing the cut 3 times and breaking at the score line, because, of course, bought a float at an inexpensive store and a shade of grey colored no-sand grout. People, use diagonal strokes for your applications! It was incredible to see the immediate difference It turned out to be an ultra professional backsplash!.

A great stick on tile
5/5

After spending a lot of money on the samples of different manufacturers of stick on tiles, we liked Yipscazo Ecru Slate Backsplash Stone Tile the best. All of the other stick on tiles samples we ordered were mostly cheap Our kitchen is extremely difficult to clean, so we needed a tile which would not only hold up to abuse, but also clean neatly. was that I wanted a tile that I could take down if I wanted, without having to replace the back wall. how tough the product is, I stuck a sample on a piece of scrap wall board and used a heat gun to remove the tile. Next, I scrubbed the sample with steel wool to see how long it would hold up. The sample held up well, showing no obvious damage. Taking the task one step further, I used the following tools to complete the installation a cutting board, square, ruler, level, utility knife with lots of extra blades, tin snips straight and curved, and wire snips. My time was around 12 hours to hang 55 SQ feet of tile. I started in the far corner, worked my way to the corner, and finished it in 12 hours. Because all of the tiles on the sheet are different sizes and shapes, the most challenging part was trying to push the tiles together in two directions Although I tried very hard, there were a few gaps to close. You will not be able to move these once they are in place. I have taken pictures of the gaps, before and after, in the pictures I have uploaded. As you can see in the second picture, I went to my local "Home Desperate" store for a beige caulk and filled in any of the larger gaps. Those were the only negative things I had to say. (1) Some of the tiles on the sheet were loose, it was because when they made them they had stuck wax paper between the sticky stuff and the tiles and some of it had not been (6) I noticed that one wall of tiles was glossy, while the rest were dull, even though the lot number was the same, and I actually started installing the tiles before I noticed Our conclusion is that we love the looks of the tiles, but their installation is not easily done. As a guide, I would suggest you (1) Sand and scrub the installation surface, and fill It would be appreciated if you could- You won't be able to lay your tiles flat if your surface isn't level. (2) I painted the wall with Zinsser Bullseye 1 2 3 primer, and then let it dry for 3 days before assembling it. It might not seem like a problem to you, but with some primers, you can get them to color them so you will not see white in back. br>(3) While sticking the tile in place, remove the backing of the tile. (3) Don't rush! I sometimes took tiles and taped them in place with masking tape unless I was sure of how it was going to turn out. I wish you the best of luck!.

These backsplashes will stand the test of time
5/5

This is exactly what I was looking I had a little trouble installing it because it looks great but was more difficult than I had anticipated. I had to make a lot of changes to my kitchen because it has odd dimensions. There is no way to cut it with a normal pair of scissors because it is so thick. Moreover, I have tried a heavy duty utility knife, but that did not work. As a Christmas present, my family gave me a heavy-duty pair of scissors. The tile adheres quickly, so if the backing needs to be removed, make sure the tile will fit before removing it. I am pleased with the way my kitchen looks. While it took longer to finish than I expected, I would do it all again. The improvement is so great! I received it in perfect condition and it was delivered quickly. I am so happy with the seller and product and would recommend them to anyone.

I LOVE YOU
5/5

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased Persia Grey for my kitchen, installed it against my Enamel White cabinets, and absolutely love the results (unfortunately, I can't take a photo). This cushion has a perfect texture and feel, which makes it difficult for you to tell that it's vinyl from 4 feet away. You would have to really get up close and personal to realize that it's vinyl even when you're holding the tile in your hands. It is possible to cut each block off from the block and reassemble them for installation, though you must pay extra attention in order to make sure they are seamless when stuck next to each other rather than sticking them together all You might even be able to arrange the patterns and create mosaic art with it if you spend more time on Instead of trying to get a natural look, I just went with it. The following pointers are included as part of the Make sure your body is aligned and that you are comfortable in the posture and posture position when you do your very first one. There is ZERO chance of error with this adhesive because it is so strong When it comes to the block if you are not happy with it, you have about 5 seconds to rip it off. Would you mind if I continued for five seconds more? As you peel paint off your wall, you will damage it. How many seconds does 10 seconds entail? This means you will have to deal with You should pace yourself when installing the first two pieces, as this is so that you get the hang of it quickly.

The backsplash looks great in the kitchen
4/5

This is a really sticky issue! When you put it on, make sure it is tightly in place, because once it is on, it cannot be moved. Fill in any gaps with matching grout caulk, and I also got some paint to go over it, It worked like a charm! Using a straight pin can help you remove the backing more easily. When peeling, start with a little and work your way up Once the wall is ready, stick it to it and peel the remainder off as you stick it. I cut the tiles with a box cutter by scoring a deep line and then removing it Snapped the tile with a needle nose plier and then slowly dropped it onto the floor You can use the box cutter to cut the adhesive. The product looks really good, however it took me 6 boxes and there was no shipping cost There was a lot of cutting involved. 6 boxes (each of which contains 5 tiles) were used. The 11 outlet covers were a bit challenging too, but I am very happy with the result.

This is such a great idea! I enjoyed it very much! Since the old owners tiling up the floor put ugly walls up, I used it as a backsplash for the kitchen
5/5

In the future, I'd like to put up real tile when I replace the cabinets, but this tile looks really good for now!.
