They serve as a back splash in my kitchen, and I've used them to create patio tables. Just keep in mind that these are handcrafted tiles with minor shape and 'flatness' irregularities. They have a lovely color and are durable enough to be used as tabletops.

This talavera purchase has exceeded my expectations. There was no damage to any of the pieces. I just received them today, and the colors and patterns are perfect; the photo is just a dry fit.
Finally! I installed these tiles on our blank stair risers three years after purchasing four boxes of them. I'm really pleased with how it turned out. When we discovered that not all of our stair risers were 6 inches high, and that some were shorter and others were higher, we were taken aback. We ended up cutting some of the tiles to fill in gaps and capping the ends with solid Talavera tiles. A different vendor was used to get the solid tiles. We're really pleased with how it came out. It gives our home a lot of character, beauty, and a pop of color. The tiles aren't perfect, with some size, thickness, and pattern variations. It's fine with us because we know they're homemade and imperfect, and I liked that we got so many different patterns to rotate and mix them up.
These tiles have made a huge difference in our home. We ordered two boxes, and my daughter and I used them to transform a plain Ikea table (see photo) into something quite lovely; the tiles, however, are unmistakably handmade/handpainted. They aren't perfectly uniform squares, and some of them aren't even perfectly flat. That was, however, something I had anticipated. Grout is used for this purpose. )br>br>They were on time and in good condition. Individually wrapped in foam padding and packed; In neither box was there a single broken tile.
Everything seemed to be fine. However, the last time I ordered them, I ordered them in the following order: 01- They sent 21 4x4s (I believe there are 100 total) - Consequently, I returned them. They assured me that the correct ones would be sent. However, on the 24th, I received the same message - 4x4s. I called Amazon and told them I wanted to keep the item but get a refund for the difference in price; they said yes, but it never happened. I'll keep the 4x4s and eat the $11 instead. The tiles are lovely and well worth the money; I've purchased 6x6 tiles before and had no issues. I'm just saying that if you really want the 6x6s, it might be best to order over the phone and emphasize that you require that size; perhaps they've solved the problem by now - 02- Best wishes to you.
The tiles are small and delicate, and they are all made by hand. They aren't "exactly the same size or color pattern as if they were manufactured by a machine. " That's why I went with this particular produce. It adds a lovely splash of color and detail to the stairwell of a Spanish-style home. Hurricane Maria wreaked havoc on my home in Puerto Rico in September 2017, but it wasn't nearly as bad as it was for some of my neighbors. Still trying to get back on my feet. 12 boxes of tiles were used for this project. Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived. One box went missing in the mail, but Amazon handled the situation admirably.
These were well-wrapped and in excellent condition when they arrived. The colors are bright and appealing to the eye. catching. We used them as decoration around the base of a fire pit and on our block fence. 100% would purchase again again again again again again I'm always on the lookout for new ways to incorporate them into my projects because they're so lovely. Following the installation, I used the few extra tiles as plant coasters.
The tiles have a nice design and are of good quality. There are four of each design, totaling ten unique designs. However, one of the ten is smaller than the others: instead of 6 by 6 inches, it measures 5 by 5 inches. 5 x 3/4 3/4. There was also a warp in one of the tiles. As a result, we were only able to use five of the 40 tiles available. Fortunately, we only needed 34 tiles for our kitchen project, so we kept the tiles; otherwise, we would have returned them.
These tiles are fantastic value for money.
