It is not sturdy and cracks at the edges with any contact. There are already 2 broken out of 4 that I bought.
I won't go into any fancy details. It does what it is.
It is definitely a giant size. For drains with a large diameter, it is the perfect size. A high-quality plastic mold is used for this project.
The only problem is that 1 of the materials is damaged but the other is fully functional.
One set of brown mats blends perfectly with the mulch I have. I spent money well for the value I received.
There's too little weight in the device to keep it on the ground on its own. To hold the product in place, a downspout needs to touch the product, so it does not pull away from the downspout. In the category of Easy to install, this product got a 5, but I gave it a 1 on the durability metric for the reason cited earlier. When it comes to Value for money, I gave it 2 as long as you can make the product stay put.
That was just what I needed to make me wish I was one instead.
As soon as I tapped the stake into the ground and put it under the downspout, the splash block broke right around the nail head. The cable is still in place, but I expect it to break when something hits it.
