I wanted to replace my gutters myself, so I hired a company to do a 'chop and drop' for me. As part of the deal, they gave me a bunch of hangers. I didn't have enough to complete the job, so I bought these. They appeared to be powerful and easily slid in. I was also able to use my hammer to tap them into place on the joist before screwing them in because they fit so well. br>br>I was able to install them from the top of an 8:1 sloped cedar shake roof. In the rain, 12 pitch. It's an attractive design. The screws easily penetrated the gutter's backside. If you're aligned on the joist and can reach the 1/4" nut, you're good to go. Heavy-duty hangers with a simple installation. On my 6" gutters, I put one every 2 feet. It's as solid as a rock now.
They don't even leave a hole in the gutter's front edge.
What a fantastic offer! These are less expensive and built similarly to the big-name brands. a big-box hardware store It was simple to put together and has held up well after two rainy seasons in Florida.
It did a good job of repositioning the gutter.
Installing it was a breeze.
