T-MOLDING MATERIAL - T-Molding material is available in tough, flexible Polyethylene that conforms to curved surfaces, allowing it to last for a long time. Is the radius of this bend as tight as it can be?

The bent section was used on an arcade cabinet, where there were a few tight bends close to The barb can be bent fairly easily if you trim it very short, and as long as you leave barbs on either side of the bend, it will stay in place.

My plywood is 3/4 inch thick, so I am interested in using this. Can you tell me what router bit to use?

To make the fit perfect, you'll need to cut a 1/16" slot.

When bending outside corners, what is the minimum radius? What about the inside ?

It is possible to bend the grooved tongue to 90 degrees if you cut it in a V shape

Do you think this will work as an in-between transition from tile to carpet?

We do not recommend using this product for such a task. You can use this to edge laminate tables because it is soft and pliable. To transition from one floor to another, there are floor transition strips

Great quality, great price. The console worked perfectly on my restored multicade, inside the shell of an Asteroids cabinet from 1978. I found this to be the perfect fit, and my rubber mallet went in easily. There is no need to get anything more for this task. You will only need to buy a cheap $10 camping rubber mallet. It measures approximately 100 feet (30 meters). Getting a 3'x5' foot extension (almost 5 meters) was more than enough to finish my cab with some extra to spare, and was cheaper than using.

I like what I see. An edge banding for plywood projects. It fits neatly into a 1/16-inch pocket A slot of one inch. I like what I see. The edges of my 3/4" plywood are slightly raised (it might be that it's undersized more than normal for 3/4", but this can be fixed with a trim router, if necessary. I would buy this product.

The product is just as advertised, and it You might want to check out some YouTube videos first, especially if the end point will be on a sharp arc. The result was a few gaps and some binding where the required corrections needed to be made.
