Make sure you have your product in good working order A pillaster on top of the package is defective, as shown in the photos

I love the product overall, but the top of a pillaster is damaged. As soon as we noticed the installation, the panels were already in place. The 2nd floor of our foyer offers a great view of the building. The top of the box is open to suggestions for how to cover the open area before painting it.

I love the fact that it looks and performs like real wood, but it is so easy to cut and work with

With its weight and natural appearance, it looks and performs like real wood, but is much more easily cut and installed than most woods. As for the paint, it went on smoothly This really seemed to be a good deal, especially since it was 30% cheaper than buying it from Home Depot!.
