It doesn't seem likely to work that way, though I haven't tried.
When I applied it I used a cheap mask and I wasn't too bothered by it. It definitely throws off funes, but it was nothing too ridiculous.

There is nothing but garbage out there. I watched it dissolve for the longest time and it fizzed for less than a sec. I had to go to the hardware store to get what I needed. Like the directions stated, I used one half bottle of product with one half gallon of water. It's not something you can apply with a brush you need to spray it on and scrub it off. I suspect that the video of the guy gently scrubbing is a fake, and you have to exert enormous pressure to get the stuff out. By that point, it's better not to use it at all. Your money will be wasted if you do.

I can't believe how effective this stuff is! There is a dark stain on my new polished cement floor in my garage caused by oil leaking from my air compressor. Using a wire brush and water made it easier to get rid of it, after physically removing all of it. I had to get this stuff since none of the others were good enough.
