A 3" pulley is 1/2 " wide (or thick) and has a 3" diameter. Although the center part of the bearing is 5/8" wide (or thick), the bearing needs to be adjusted accordingly.
I am not sure what you are asking, but I used 1/8 inch cable (don't understand the 12 inch).
The listing states that China is rated for 200 lbs and is $4 for 29.

Nothing is worse than having to restart the process from the only takes one bolt to attach them to the guide rail, and when the doors are in the open position, the cable held in place by the bolt is easily removed when replacing it.
I purchased these to replace the pulleys, and now it's nearly silent and runs very smoothly. As we removed 2 of the old ones, two of the bearings were in good shape, but they were detached from their races. Based on the results of my analysis, the pulley that is also used for protecting the bearings has begun to bow out, causing them to wander.
When I had to replace the cables and springs on my garage door, I figured I might as well replace all the moving parts at once. My door weighs 190 pounds and I have had pulleys go bad before (I actually keep spares). I picked up heavy-duty pulleys because my door is 190 pounds and I'd rather not deal with possible damage. Although all these products seem to have a double duty rating (200lbs), I can't be sure what makes them heavy duty. In any case, they worked just fine, were easy to install, and were at a good price. I have observed that pulleys and cables tend to wear out more quickly than springs and cables. As compared to my previous buys from big box stores, these should last longer.
Five points are given to the pulleys This product deserves three stars because of its sturdy construction and corrosion-resistant finish. Two out of five votes go to Amazon We give stars for the fact that we have to place three consecutive orders to get the order I believe that these pulleys are the best value on the market. The pulleys used for the opening and closing of the garage door are heavier and more sturdy than those that came with the garage door. A rating of 5 would be appropriate We only awarded three stars for this batch because only three pulleys came from I think the problem lies with Amazon The problem does not lie with the pulley manufacturer. manufacturer arranged for the fourth pulley (missing) to be shipped directly from them. Those four pulleys are for my other garage door that I just ordered - I just got to them today It will be interesting to see how Amazon does with this batch.
The extension springs were adjusted, as well as all sorts of other I refused the belief that 6 year old pulleys were the cause of the problem. After I lubricated them with WD40, they worked smoothly. I think the pulleys did it. For the door and the extension springs, I put in ALL FOUR of them. The game is very tight and very little side play is present. There is no sticking or creaking to speak of. *Great value for the money. This product deserves a recommendation.
I don't know much about this, so it could be a perfect 5-star rating. Their arrival time was on schedule, they looked fine, and their price was fair. The stand is good and sturdy, and the bearings appear to be fine.
I was able to achieve this with help, so I avoided the troublesome work with singlehanded wire rope, pulleys, block and tackles, and jacks. There is no doubt that one day they'll be put to use.
Bearings ensure smooth operation of the pulleys during use on a home-made weight machine.
This is way better than the garbage Lowe's sells, but the "cheap" part of the product is that the bearings have no seals. As a result, dust and dirt can accumulate on There are 40 gel-based products in the world "Lube" (chain lube or white lithium grease will also work.
