The square cap on this set is the perfect size for a 6x6 cross cut.
My method for sealing the low sides of each of the posts was to smear a good amount of sealant directly onto the low sides. I didn't seal all around the post so that any moisture that was in the wood would have a way out. suppose you could use copper nails to achieve the same result.
Prices were set for each one of mine. Bulk packaging is not available to me, and I'm not aware of any The caps I purchased were for each post I wanted to cover.

I think the sizes are correct (5 1/2 x 5 1/2 and 3 1/2 x 3 1/2). At the moment they are shiny copper, but will eventually darken and turn green as they age. You'll have to spray them with a clear coat if you want them to stay bright. Posts are long lasting, and I expect the street signs to last for a long time. I would definitely buy these again if I knew that I would need more in the future.
I found it more difficult to install than I expected. The nails had to be removed and reinstalled several times, using more liquid nails each time, clamping in place, wiping off excess liquid nails. In my case, the post tops did not fill the void of the pyramid past the four sides, so, if your post tops are in a true pyramid (not one that has a flat plateau at the top), you won't need to worry about this. To make these go together on the sides, you will need to trim the tops of the plateau-topped pyramid posts. Unless they are deep enough, otherwise they will not get enough water.
It looks great on my new mailbox post as a beautiful finishing touch. It is thick and heavy enough, fits perfectly, Whether or not I intend to permanently attach it is unclear to me. It's a copper color that I like, so I would like to be able to remove it and polish it over time to keep it from tarnishing.

I had a patio installed in the backyard. Railroad ties were used to string light on it. For the tops, the caps were the perfect finishing touch. In addition, no water can penetrate the ties, so there is no risk of seepage. There is a nice color to the hair, and the tip is rounded. I highly recommend this book. Each one was individually wrapped and arrived quickly.
They are about the size of a copper penny and are made out of plastic For the installation, it is adequate. There are small holes on the opposite sides of the skirt where a 6 x 6 fence post will fit. The fit is good & the post is attached well. I like how the cap looks!.

It was a thinner and smaller material at a lower cost. However, there is a better price for this order.
