safe . It was simple to put together. The user manual was also very useful. I strongly advise you to do some fail-safe practice with the stilts. before attempting to cross open spaces in a safe manner. Using two 8-foot lengths is one option. Closely spaced step ladders, threaded with stiff boards high enough to sit on and strap the silts on. At first, the ladders should be placed close together so that you can catch either ladder if you lose your balance (similar to training wheels). Holding the top of one of the step ladders, you should launch yourself off the boards. At first, do small laps around the ladders to gain confidence (you may need to use the ladders to help you stay balanced). Increase the ladder separation to lengthen the laps as your confidence grows (you won't need to grab the top of either step ladder each time). You'll have largely solved your walking problem once you can confidently walk around the ladders at a large separation distance (without grabbing either ladder). One thing to keep in mind is this: Keep your stilt "feet" separated at all times; failing to do so will cause you to lose your balance.
I'm employed in the window treatment industry. The majority of the blinds are high-end motorized blinds for wealthy mansions. For years, my guys have been preparing for this moment.
