I am giving 4 stars because of the fact that the release buttons for the steps are under the steps and this could result in you getting your fingers clamped if you don't take them out of the way of the step just before you push it. It is true that the dual levers create a sense of safety, but they are certainly not convenient. If you want the ladder to collapse, you must use both hands at the same time in the same way. Rather than having a button for each step on the side, it might be more efficient to have one button per That would be difficult to do as an engineer (I realize how hard that would be). In addition, there are slippery steps to contend with. As these steps are very slippery, if you do not take care, you may end up getting caught up, a few steps from the ground, inside the ladder steps. In order to reduce such occurrences, extra hashing needs to be added on the treads. On top of that, the steps themselves are very narrow. As a result of the narrow steps, if you spend any time on them, your feet may begin to hurt from the rungs digging into your shoes and heels.
