It took a little while to put on the feet, but that's an advantage since they may not fall off during exercise. Despite the fact that I have only used it once since, its feet gripped the carpet (ground) well without slipping. For me, it has extended the life of the ladder, so it is well worth the money they charge. The package took a little while to get to me, but it was well.
