The mesh has done an amazing job since I first got it, and is still doing so today. Wear and tear is almost nonexistent. Some minor wear may occur after a few years, but it is nothing to be concerned
A very small amount of pressure will cause it to tilt back. There is no need to mention it. It comes back to upright when you let go of the back pressure. Our experience with this chair has been very positive, and we are very pleased with it. I recommend you look for another chair if you are looking for one that tilts back. There is a small adjustment knob under the seat that tilts it somewhat, but it is very minor. You might want to consider another chair if you wish it tilted backwards.
It is for my husband's use at work that I purchased this. There is an adjustable footrest, according to him. Additionally, he finds the arms to be very comfortable and appreciates the fact that they can be flipped out of the way when he is busy and has to get up often.
In addition, I should mention that this is the most uncomfortable chair I've ever had.

It is very easy to assemble and is very durable. I find it to be extremely durable. The height of my desk is rather tall, so this worked perfectly for me. As long as the arms can be moved up or down (not adjustable, they will just swing up and out of the way), I love it. There is also an option to change the foot stool, as well as how far the back leans and how stiff it is. There is very good comfort and a large seat. No ever even considered what it would feel like to be uncomfortable. According to some, they slipped out of the seat because the seat was at a weird angle, but that was only because the seats were installed upside down. At first, I did that, but quickly realized that I needed to switch to the other direction. Though the instructions are lousy, I was able to figure it out without having to search the internet. It's not difficult, but the only section that can be confusing is the direction that the seat goes in. The good news is that you can easily fix it if you do it wrong. My overall opinion is that it looks really nice and I am very happy with it.

It is intended to be a nice chair for me to work in since I am a freelance designer from home who works at my drafting table. My seat cushion has drastically degraded over time and is not any where near as firm as when I bought it. For a few months, it was great, but the other day, I noticed it was much less firm than when I purchased I guess you shouldn't have this problem after buying a chair so soon. Now that it is so bad, even just sitting on it requires a cushion. It is even more disappointing that I ordered another chair only one week ago, just as my current one began to look Because I am so upset about buying these chairs, I intend to do everything I can to return them or to receive a refund so I can buy a more comfortable Even though I only spent $120, I should have been aware of what I was going to get. For a chair, you would have to pay $200. As I stated before, you get what you pay for so keep that in mind when considering buying this chair. Your chair may make you regret your purchase in a couple of months and you will have to buy another one. Putting this chair together was pretty easy. It took me 30 minutes, but I was watching TV.
The fabric is rough - but luckily, I have a vacuum cleaner! If the arm rests are next to your hand, or if your arms are resting on the arm rests, you will never notice it. I only notice it when I am wearing short shorts, as it's rough against my thighs, so I put a blanket down. Considering that I don't wear short shorts nearly 95 percent of the year, it isn't a big deal for me. Wearing short shorts or working in your underwear would be an issue if you usually wear them. Also, it got very squeaky in a matter of seconds. In one hour it was again squeaky even after I tightened the screws. It goes without saying that I got some WD40 and sprayed it all over, especially the light green bushing in the stem, and now the chair is quiet as a mouse.
