It can be easily assembled and provides plenty of comfort to sit in for a long time. It has already taken a month or two for me to feel that the cushion "sinks" a bit more than it should. I'm a small guy [140lb average] so this should make sense. While I know a portion of the price is due to the fact that it has a backrest and wheels, I honestly thought it would be a better product for the money I spent. Nonetheless, I still give this chair four stars because it IS one of the most comfortable chairs of this type that you can buy, but it is also modeled after cheap office chairs with lots of "luxury" details that make it really comfortable to sit If you want to relax, don't lean back and relax in it. You can't go wrong with this stool! As of now, I can raise it to a point where I'm actually up above my work on the bench, which helps ease my back pain. This chair is so comfy that I can sit on it for hours without having my thigh or back hurt. Aside from the compact design, I really like the way it looks. As soon as the workday is done, I can lower it and go to bed My bench fits under it just fine. My tools are easily accessible since the unit rotates when I need them. Stools like this usually have locking wheels, but this one doesn't. It would be awesome if we could do that. This is the Cadillac of salon style stools if and only if the wheels lock.

Some of the comments I read about the stool's difficulty in assembling indicated that it was just not for everyone. Other than the pictures that were in the "User's Manual," the stool I received did not come with directions. The total time it took me from when I opened the box to the time I completed assembly was no greater than 15 minutes Installing the wheels or other parts did not pose any challenges for me.
