There has already been a question on this, but I will ask it Does anyone know the size of these square tubes? There must be something that fits the The square tube is 5" in size. What's up? Thx?

1. They are designed to fit each other. The square tube is 5" in size. In order to be sure of the standoff width, I measured it.

Is it possible to know how big the interior of these things is? No name comes to mind when I think of my standoff. ?

As I only have a 48" stand-out I prefer to keep it simple

The ladder stand off end caps are made of high quality

With these molded caps, the metal end cap is contained inside the rubber cup and so the pressure needs to be put on a flat metal surface instead of a sharp tube end. I like this feature. It is very important that the rubber caps stay on well as they fit snugly. Although these cost more, they will not only save you money over time, but also provide you with peace of mind in the long run.

The only thing I knew was that they were 1 1/2 inches square at the end tips at the time of purchase, so I bought them

It would be like having a glove on. A tiny metal insert measures the diameter of the end tip cavity and slips into the rubber tip cavity. Neither of them will fall off since they are tightly attached. The purchase I made has been a great experience.
