I give it a thumbs up I have no complaints about the quality of the ladder. The warning I give you It will be a lot heavier than you're used to and you'll struggle to handle a 20' fiberglass ladder if you haven't used one before. Delivery went smoothly. It is an excellent ladder, well made, lightweight, but extremely stable and solid. In addition to my ladder, I purchased a 20 feet extension The pulley and rope in the ladder allow the ladder to be extended easily. Unlike some ladders that are too heavy, this ladder is light and easy to move. A single person can easily extend it using one of its ropes and pulleys and extend it to its maximum height with ease all on his/her own. I really like the simplicity of this app. My order was delivered free of charge by Amazon Prime. It was a smooth delivery without any issues. If I bought it from a Hardware store, I would not be able to take it home since I do not have a truck. The best purchase I have ever made on Amazon was this one. This is a highly recommended book.

In the first use, the ladder couldn't collapse and extension was difficult, so I had to return it. One of the latches would not open, so the ladder could not collapse. We had such a hard time getting it to collapse that even after three men wrestled it to the ground, we still had trouble. Hopefully, my experience was an exception, and I was able to return the item without difficulty, but that was just my personal.

The delivery wasn't made by Amazon, but by XPO, an Amazon delivery vendor. My delivery people placed the ladder in my garage and I told them I would like to check it out before signing for it. The delivery man then pressured me to sign for it immediately and then receive my refund if I didn't like it. wasn't in the mood to do it, but from the few seconds I spent looking at the box I could only see scratches, and I didn't want to waste their time. After caving to peer pressure, I signed, After that, I started to inspect the ladder as I had intended to do, and within 2 minutes I noticed a significant crack near one of the D-shaped supports There are more rungs to climb. Your life is literally at risk if a fiber glass ladder is cracked, so use caution when using one. There is always a chance that the other negative reviews will not happen to you, but when the life of your loved one is at stake, it's a different situation. There is no way to tell if this is a manufacturer defect or if the product was damaged during delivery, but it is disappointing as I will need to schedule another pickup to get my refund. The ladder stabilizer I ordered along with this ladder must be returned as well. I was very pleased with the delivery service. There was a text and a call to confirm the ladder was on its way and it had been left exactly the way I My ladder was dropped off, and I did not inspect it when it was delivered. It was disappointing to see the ladder itself. It appeared like the ladder had been dragged on concrete and abused while in storage, because the first rung was bent and there were numerous abrasions. It had to be wound and reattached a spring that had come untied from one of the brackets. While it was in good shape, if I had been buying it at a big box store, I would have selected a different ladder or benefitted from some kind of It was essential that I use this ladder, and I could not wait for a return/replacement. Since I could not wait, I will not return it, but I am not happy. It would be a good idea to consider other alternatives in the future if this is the quality I can expect.
