When I slept in my van when it was 24 degrees outside, the temperature inside stayed at 30 degrees. However, I had thermally insulated window covers on all of the windows, which helped to keep it warmer. With the windows closed, the van stayed around 80 degrees in 90-degree weather.

Not only did this item provide privacy and heat reflection, but it was also extremely simple to use. Despite being handled in and out of the car window frame, the reflective foil maintained its integrity. When handling the foil, it does not peel or rub off on your fingers. This is a very high-quality product. I would strongly recommend this product because it is of high quality.
I can't believe how much better my greenhouse looks now that I have this Reflective Foam Core. I used double stick tape on the aluminum profile ribs on the north wall in 8-foot strips, leaving about 1/4 inch of roof exposed. On cloudy days in the winter, the amount of light bouncing around my greenhouse is amazing! My greenhouse is a 10mm twin wall poly greenhouse that has only experienced temperatures below 32°F twice in the past November and December when temperatures were unseasonably cold. As a result, there are reflective effects on both increasing light and retaining heat. This works so well that I'm thinking I will leave it up permanently thinking this will work the same way in summer and with the increased light bouncing around I believe I BTW, I used this to wrap around a metal pet pen with a plywood roof as a temporary coop for growing pullets/cockerels who weren't ready to move into the main coop yet. These young chickens have stayed warm and toasty thanks to the Reflective Foam Core.
I live full-time in a fifth wheel and this was excellent window insulation, which has made a significant difference in keeping the heat in and the cold out.
Very well done. Installing and cutting the material is simple. Glue doesn't work well with this, so I used a staple gun, which worked perfectly. This is what I'm using to insulate my tiny house. I bought four to begin with, but I've already placed an order for more from Finland. Purchases of larger rolls from other options appear to save money.
It's incredibly light. br>I use it as a type of sleeping bag pad roll. br>I made two 24" by 72" quilts for myself and my wife, and a third for my daughter out of the leftovers. (Ultra strong duct tape 2" wide 15 mil thick joined together both sides with a 1/2" gap using accordion type 12 pieces 6"24").
Great product! We needed to cover the skylights and windows in our RV, and this product was perfect; all we had to do was cut it to size, which was very simple. The kit also includes reflective tape, a blade, and a squeegee to make application a breeze. Thank you very much!.
I bought this to protect our camper's dinette seat from the hot water heater below. Because I had such limited clearance, I needed something thin, flexible, and simple to install. This stuff was perfect for the job. Though the seller provided a nice little mat knife (and high-quality foil tape! ), it was easy to cut with a decent pair of sharp scissors. If you prefer, you can use the abbreviation ) instead. The foam between the foil laminate didn't flake, shred, crumble, or collapse, and the foil along the cut edges didn't delaminate. You could cut really small pieces or trim to intricate shapes with confidence that it won't fall apart because it's so well made; for my application, I mostly stapled it in place with a regular-sized staple gun. nothing- a fancy staple gun, and some of the tape provided by the seller I'm sure you could use an adhesive if necessary, but I'd test the adhesive on a small sample of both the foil and the foam to ensure that you get the bond you want and that the adhesive doesn't damage the foil or the foam. In any case, I'm pleased with the finished product, which met or exceeded my expectations. Remember, it's a thin product designed for specific applications where space is limited, so there's only so much thermal or "R" value it can provide; however, it's a well-made product made in the United States by American workers, which simply makes me happy. I hope you found this review to be useful.
This is what I used to replace my 1975 Boler trailer's 50-year-old interior insulation. I really like it. Cuts with scissors, which are non-toxic and lightweight, and make cutting irregular curved shapes a breeze. My seams are completely sealed thanks to a full roll of aluminum tape purchased from a local hardware store. It's much more well-insulated than before, and it's made in the United States!.
