You might be able to, but the R value would be very low. It's fine for reflection in windows, but I don't think it'll provide any insulation, and it'll be too thin. However, this is merely my viewpoint.
For this purpose, I don't believe it would be appropriate. It's a good reflective surface, but it's too thin to keep you warm when it gets cold.
