How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

It features a diameter of 4 inches, air flow of 190 CFM, a speed of 2460 RPM, a power consumption of 74W, power voltage of 110V, a 5 foot power cord, and maximum ambient temperature of 176°F/80°C.
The quiet operation is a result of quality components. Noise and vibration reduction is achieved with the use of composite blades and center hubs
The ceramic coating is durable and can resist atmospheric corrosion. An element is constructed in such a way that it is extremely tough and durable so it lasts a long time. Permanently lubricated bearing that requires no maintenance.
This method enables it to obtain a more efficient air delivery system without requiring any major reworking of the system or major expenses. It can be used for ventilation applications in industrial, household, and horticulture environments to control the temperature and to clean the air
Included in the package 1 pack of 4 inch inline fans

Questions & Answers

Would anyone be able to tell me how much temperature this fan can withstand? Would it be feasible to use it to supply hot air to a warm room?

There's no way I can tell exactly what the rating is, but I believe it will Can you tell me how hot it is outside? It wouldn't be good for me if it was going to melt my skin or something. You should be able to blow through several hoods with 1000s if everything else is fine.

The motor for this fan is brushless, isn't it?

The answer is yes. I wish you the best of luck

Can you tell me how much power this fan draws?

As I was checking the label on the fan, I found the following Drawings are produced as a result. At 95 watts, 9 amps of power are drawn. With a power consumption of that high, it blows much harder than you would expect.

Specs for the price are excellent
4/5

Nice specs for the price. With this price range, you have the highest cooling capacity and highest temperature tolerance. There is no better fan anywhere nearby for moving more air and for withstanding higher temperatures than this one. In spite of the fact that I got it to ventilate an attic, I have it installed in an area that does not get as hot as the one it's ventilating. It was disappointing to discover that my first one started squealing after only 2 days, and I had to replace it. The problem was handled without a hitch You can get it for free from It is understood that there is a certain expectation of failure in manufacturing and I may simply have got a bad one through pure luck of the draw. Based on how long the replacement lasts, this review will either be bumped up or down from 4 stars. Tips for newbies For mounting, use rubber washers or nylon washers to help reduce vibration transmission. Also, using a screwdriver from above makes it really difficult to line up the screws, so consider either running the screws up from below with a lock-tite or by using a pry bar Add washers to the top, or use hex bolts You can tighten the washers beneath the head screws with a tool to hold it still better while you tighten the head screws. Make sure you follow the arrow indicating the direction in which the air should In order to decide whether to create a positive or negative pressure in a space, consider the overall airflow of the space and whether you want to push air in or pull air out. While many will use such a fan to force out existing air, in some cases you would be better off simply bringing in fresh air and letting that push out the air on the existing side. Your application will determine what is safe and appropriate, and you should consult with your local building code.

Flow is delivered through tapered flanges at both the inlet and the outlet
3/5

There is a tendency for the vent hose and clamp to slip off. The reason for this fan's removal from production is unknown to me. The fan housing must be modified in order to clamp solidly the vent hoses at the inlet and outlet. When the clamp is tightened, both the inlet and outlet flanges are tapered enough that when the hose and clamp are removed from the flange, the clamp and hose just swing right off. Furthermore, the housing is painted with a very slippery paint, so clamping is even more difficult. Depending on the fan housing, mounting the fan may seem challenging at first since there are no mounting holes in it. As long as this doesn't prevent mounting, it shouldn't be a problem. You might want to think about it. This size and air movement would result in a noise level of this size and type of fan. There is a solid sense of construction to the whole assembly. My decision about whether or not to return the fan has not been made The above stated problems can be dealt with by the tools I have in my shop, but if you're looking to buy a fan so that you can hang it and use it, you may want to look elsewhere. A considerable amount of effort will be required to install this fan.

This is the fourth one I have
5/5

A 50 year tradition of using wood to heat your home. There have been many ways for me to move air economically. The 6000 square feet of living space is heated with these major wood stoves and several other large ones. You are the owner of the The house is circulated by another. When these are located under houses, these will barely be heard. If air is being drawn off a wood heater, put them halfway through the pipe so that the air is tempered a bit. The temperature of the pipes is monitored. The metal duct is round and 8" in diameter. Keep the temperature of the air near the blower at or below 155 degrees. There is a maximum temperature of 170 F in these units. In my opinion, there are no more affordable, economical, or available units compared to these ones. It took only a few seconds for the shop to become more even. There is a lot of air movement with high static pressure in these machines. Approximately three inches of filter are pulled through as well. In comparison with the old 1 hp 14" squirrel cage blower we had used before, our electric bill dropped noticeably. And one that was off balance was also received. In the case of a return, I requested one. A HALF HOUR AFTER IT HAPPENED, IT WAS HERE. I was treated very well by these folks. Thanks a lot.

This product does what it says it will do
5/5

This is working well so far for me since I do not have a speed controller. As I recall, there was no active ventilation in my basement, but I did have a large path that extended to the furnace from one end of it. During the installation, this was installed to draw air upwards through the basement and dump it into the furnace return. There is some noise coming from this fan. I made a 3-foot-long round duct that fits over the intake of the fan, lined it with carpet foam and 1/2" hardware cloth to keep it in place, and connected it through pipes. As a result, the sound has been much reduced.

This is a great deal and it worked as good as they claim
5/5

Having purchased this, I had a significant amount of concern whether it would work for my flameworking exhaust vent. As of now, it has proved to be the best investment. I will buy more of these if I need them and this will move all the air you need. You can trust me that it worked well if you are unsure.

The money was definitely worth it
5/5

You'll love how easy it is to install, but you'll also be amazed at It does not move a thing. I paid the same amount for another exhaust fan and it sucks, too! The one I sent back will be returned. Sadly, there is nothing to prevent kids from sticking their fingers in this because there is no safety grill or anything to prevent it. Because my paint booth has its own exhaust fan, it's not mounted in any exhaust hoses or anything else. In fact, I mounted it in my wall and it airs out. It would be awful for a small animal to get caught in the exhaust before we get to the fuel.

The vendor provided a poor quality product, but the quality was excellent

Update I have fixed the unbalanced rattle, and the new sound is like a chainsaw*. It is possible for anyone to be a good vendor if everything Having problems with your vendor is the only way you can learn about them. A vendor promptly reached out to me and promised to make it right after I filed this review. That is why I give it four.

I had high expectations for this model, but it doesn't work
3/5

This motor worked well at first, but it is far noisier than I originally anticipated. The program stopped working after a little longer than three months. Although the motor sounds like it is humming, no air moves and no motor turns. Rather than wasting your money like I did, invest in an AC Infinity that's almost silent, has a great warranty, and is almost silent.
