Delta Electronics (Americas) Ltd. RAD80L Radiance 80 CFM Exhaust Light and Heater Ventilation Bath Fan, White

I did not use the fans until I moved in three weeks ago ( June 2018) since I am doing a full house remodel. It works on one fan and doesn't on the other. I have a fan that doesn't work in my master bath, of course. While researching through Amazon, I found that there is a warranty on the vent. During the week of June 14-18, I contacted the warranty department. My car is still not "approved" for a replacement as of today 6/29/2018, and I am getting the runaround from the warranty department. The issue is described in emails, videos, and pictures, which I have submitted. While the licensed electrician was there to assist, I had him call the electrician directly in an effort to overcome the problem. It appears that I have not filled out "the form" in full, because the warranty department keeps telling me I have not done so. Remember that this was a one-line email from 1 to 7 and not a "form.
