Each baluster has four screws. The screws are included in the package.

It's worth noting that these are thinner than the Lowe's ones mentioned in another reviewer's mix. They also had the same curve design as Lowe's, but not an exact match in terms of curve depth, so they were slightly longer. We didn't have enough for the entire deck, so we used those from Amazon on two sides of the porch, but had to buy an extra box from Lowe's to avoid mixing one side with both, which would have made it stand out. If you look closely, you'll notice, but at first glance, you'd have no idea.
The deck, which includes an above-ground pool, is currently undergoing a complete makeover. So if we want to keep the same style, we'll need a lot more. I was ecstatic when I discovered it.
I got mine from Lowe's, but you can get a better deal if you buy them online. They're quick and easy to put together as a weekend project.
I wanted my standard deck to be a little more modern and sleek than the norm. It did a fantastic job of dressing up a wooden deck.
