The one on my washing machine that started leaking due to a manufacture defect was replaced with this one. It turned out that my warranty on the machine had expired about a month earlier. This was an easy product The machine ran as good as new after that. The cycle was completed after the drain was completed. To empty the tub (so I could replace the part), since it wouldn't drain during the wash cycle, I ran the machine through the spin cycle test, in test mode, during which it was able to Codes were being thrown during a normal wash cycle when there were issues.

There is a small access panel located towards the back of the washer that can be used to access the pump. The process of replacing my washer was much easier when I tilted it. Upon receiving the pump, I checked to see if it could spin and it would turn for a fraction of a turn then A pump like this usually has a very powerful motor, so this is normal. Our replacement pump actually drains a greater amount of water than our original pumps. This product meets my needs as far as price and functionality are concerned.

It definitely requires some effort to install it (drain all the water, flip washer up on edge), but once it had been installed, it was easy to replace, and no leaks occurred. Our business is back up and running!.

Received the part this morning and installed it. The whole process took just under five minutes. I was pleasantly surprised with the results of my first wash cycle. When any changes occur, I will update this post. It was not clear if this was why my washer was acting up. There was a problem with the washing machine draining. This is an OEM It failed just like the last one
