Has the black tube that runs up and down the center of the bag been included with this Do I need to buy a new Royal 4000 to use this program?

The answer is yes. This new one is better than the old one, according to my friend. This should be a good I was given this one many years ago.

There is an upright metal vacuum cleaner I use from the early 80s, model 611 by Royal. Can this bag fit in this bag? Thanks a lot?

The only difference between all of these models was the height of the bag and the width of the brush, so I think it will fit. All of these models have the same metal loop for the bag attachment.

I have never seen a worse product. There is a weakness in the plastic tube and it breaks at the curve. I made a purchase for the second time, and the same problem occurred. It happened to all eight tubes that were used and the same spot was broken on each one.
