Questions & Answers

Is this compatible with the kseg700ewh kitchen aid mixer?

I'm not sure what I'm saying. I ordered it after my husband measured the one in the oven and examined the hookup. Despite the fact that our stove number was not listed, it fit our oven. In 2016, we purchased a whirlpool. I hope this information is useful.

Will a Maytag mer8674as0 work with this?

Yes, it is possible. When you look up parts for your model, you'll notice that the part number listed here is the same as the one listed here.

In my Maytag oven, it works perfectly
5/5

My Maytag oven's original element didn't have the same exact mounting holes as this one. The mounting hole on the front of this replacement element, on the other hand, was exactly the same as the original.

Easy to install and worked perfectly for my Whirlpool stove
5/5

It's perfect. Installing a Whirlpool stove is simple. WFE540H0ES0 (yes, that's the model number) (Not a particularly edgy hashtag, to be sure. ) In about 15 minutes, I was able to get my oven up and running. 20 mins. br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative While I don't usually include the phrase "I'm a girl" in my reviews, I think it's important to mention here (because I know several women who would be hesitant to install this). Ladies, it's a cinch to fix! I finished it in less time than it would have taken me to even ask my husband to look at it. (I'm pretty handy in general, but my sister could have done it as well. ) She isn't very good at doing repairs around the house. )br>br>The only thing that appears to be difficult (but isn't) is removing a small plate from the stove's back. reversing the wires You simply pull them away from the old part (which, by the way, is required before you can remove the old part). When you install it, push them onto the new one. There is no need for splicing or any other special equipment. So don't be afraid of that step; you can't really go wrong with it! br>br>Overall, it was well worth the money, and I'm glad to have my oven back!.

After 9 months, Element ceased to function
4/5

If they hadn't quickly sent a replacement and honored their warranty, I would have given them a one-star rating. wfe710hoae0 is the model number for the wfe710hoae0 range. My stove would not heat up to the desired temperature. Preheating should be done slowly. The repairman arrived in 20 minutes and advised that a new heating element was required; this advice cost $106. They didn't have the part and had to order it, and they were going to charge me for the part, as well as the two-day shipping and extra labor. The repair appeared to be simple enough on YouTube. I was able to locate the baking element component and place an order for it. I was a little difficult to install because I am no longer nimble, so reaching deep into the stove was a challenge. Some of the cheap chinese sheet metal screws were also stipping as they were being removed. Stainless steel has been used to replace the old one. A magnetic screwdriver was required for a screw holding element in the far back. I'd replace one of the heating elements or the temperature sensor if this happened again. For a quick witted person, everything is simple. I would give it five stars if I didn't know how long it would work. According to the repairman, many new stoves fail within the first five years. I'm a sucker for things that are made on the other side of the world.

Fits perfectly with the Whirlpool Gold series; however, the packaging is a disaster
4/5

If the packaging had been better, I would have given it a five-star rating. The element was contained in a large flat box that was far too large for it. It had a piece of Styrofoam on it that wasn't seeded any longer. It was just strewn about in the big box, fluttering around. However, it did not appear to be damaged, and the electrodes did not protrude through the box as some reviewers claimed. br>Installation: br>Installation: br>Installation: First - DISCONNECT YOUR BREAKER FROM THE POWER LINE! Before you begin, make sure the oven is turned off. The oven light will not turn on if it is turned off, and the digital readout will be dark. Then I took out the bottom pan (along with a few screws) to get to the old element, which had burned through in the back corner. Then unscrew two places where the element is held in place (the front and the back metal plate). Then, at the back of the oven, remove the electrode wire plugs that are connected to the element. We needed two people to complete this because we were afraid the wire electrodes would fall back into the holes and be lost forever. If you don't have anyone to help you, you can use tape. Then simply place the new connectors in the electrode sleeves and push them in as far as they will go. Then, after screwing the front hold down, slide the metal plate up the element and screw it in place. We turned the breaker/power on and checked that it reached 400 degrees before replacing the base pan cover. It did. After that, we just had to replace the pan cover and call it a day! There are numerous YouTube videos available on the subject. We were able to save $223 as a result of our efforts! We know this because we had a repairman out and he told us that would be the cost of a new element and installation. Fortunately, the appliance store informed me that the elements would take a month to arrive. As a result, we placed our order here and are extremely pleased with the results!.

This is a perfect match
5/5

When the oven temperature wouldn't rise above 315 degrees F, we discovered a faulty baking element. It took me more than 30 minutes to get there. When the old element was removed, one of the bends had visible damage, and there was no continuity or resistance when checked with a multimeter. Following some research, a new part was discovered on Amazon for a reasonable price and quick delivery. The item we received was a perfect match for a Whirlpool model WFE540H0AS0. The baking element's size and shape were identical, as were the badge's markings. We checked the resistance of the new element just for fun and found it to be around 17 ohms - which, depending on the source - Overall, the part arrived quickly, was safely packaged, and performed as expected. The oven is working again after a quick and simple installation. Let the pizza making begin!.

Product that is dependable, efficient, and of high quality at a reasonable price! It works extremely well! Does a great job! There were no issues at all
5/5

It was simple to set up, and best of all, it saved us a lot of money on having our oven serviced! (We didn't expect it to be so easy to put it together ourselves!) ) As a result, we dialed a few numbers to get a quote for replacing our Maytag oven's damaged baking element. For labor and parts, the average fee was $250! When we asked one company to break down the costs for this EXACT same product, we were given a quote that was three times higher! So, before our shipment arrived, we did our research, found the model number, placed the order, and watched a few YouTube DIY videos. We're so happy we went! Thank you very much!.
