How does a person go about getting a calibration done?

The instrument can be calibrated at a certified lab, but it can be quite expensive to do that. Our calibration costs us about $250.

Is there a maximum or minimum temperature at which this will function?

In the user manual, it is stated that it will measure the following It is recommended to operate at 30*70 degrees C or below 158 degrees F at 22 degrees C. This works perfectly! If I had been willing to pay a few dollars more, I would have preferred an on/off switch instead of removing batteries.

When you need to record environmental parameters in the field, this data logger is great. Calibration can be done according to NIST standards. Constructed solidly and created with ease of use in mind.
