It served as a three-dimensional object for me. On a fan light kit, there is a position switch. The first pull illuminates two of the four lights, the second illuminates all four lights, and the third illuminates all four lights. I hope you find this information useful.
This was used in a ceiling fan light that had four separate bulbs, and depending on how it was wired, it worked out to be two bulbs, two other bulbs, all four bulbs, or off.

It doesn't matter which brand you buy; they're all made to last a certain amount of time. Honestly, I recall a time when one of these things lasted a decade or more. Now? 3 years. I switched over to a standard toggle switch. It will last longer than I will.
There are no issues: A good-looking, well-functioning switch that is easy to use.
It was a good fit for my fan model and lasted about two years. I'm repurchasing now—guess that's how it works!.
It really works. Installing this fixture is simple and much less expensive than purchasing a new one.
I needed to replace a fan/light switch, and this was the perfect solution.
It's a three-wire switch in the traditional sense. There are no issues with this product; it performs admirably.
